SHIPMENTS AND LIMITATIONS

T-Data S.r.l confirms the acceptance of order processing by sending a summary email to the email address provided by the Customer in the order itself. It prepares the goods included in the order and entrusts them to the Courier with the original manufacturer's packaging or with cardboard boxes properly sealed. The timing for entrusting the products to the Courier is "Within the next working day from the order date."
The goods are shipped from T-Data Italia warehouses, specifically from "T-Data_TL Module L1, Via Strasburgo 31, 41011 Campogalliano (MO)."
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm, excluding national holidays. In the case of multiple orders, separate delivery is not provided; instead, the products will be delivered together in a single shipment. The order summary and the confirmation email will indicate the terms within which T-Data S.r.l undertakes to deliver the products ordered by the user, barring unforeseen circumstances. T-Data S.r.l uses the following couriers: DHL, BRT, GLS, SDA.
For some of the sales destination countries (see “Tracked Express Courier Shipping” table) it may be necessary to pay import costs. These are a charge applied to shipments by the customs authority of the destination country or region. They are calculated based on the following factors: the declared value and shipping costs of the product, the product category, the country and region of origin, the customs tariffs of the destination country, applicable trade treaties.
Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This term indicates that the seller assumes only responsibility for shipping the product and that, upon delivery, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping carrier any import costs. In this case the amount paid by the customer during checkout does not include any import cost.
Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive an email with tracking information for the package. Twenty-four hours after the order has been sent, it will be possible to view the shipment status by clicking on the tracking link provided in the email.
Checking the Packages
We suggest you check the following in the presence of the delivery driver:
- That the number of packages corresponds to that indicated on the delivery note (handed to you by the courier).
- That the packaging is in good condition: no visible damage, tampering, wetness or alteration to the sealing tape.
- That the size of the product packaging and any information contained on it appear to coincide with the order.
Any exterior damage or missing packages must immediately be brought to the attention of the courier in writing on the delivery note, and also notified to T-Data s.r.l within 8 days.
If it is not possible to check the condition of the product at the time of delivery, we suggest you sign for delivery “unchecked/with reservation”.
Once the delivery note has been signed and handed to the courier, it will no longer be possible to contest the quantity and condition of the goods delivered.
Delays in Delivery
In the event that the purchased product is not delivered, or arrives later than specified in the indicated Terms of Delivery, the user can specify a supplementary date. The user shall have the right to terminate the contract in the following cases:
- Delay in delivery greater than 10 working days from
the original delivery date.
Upon termination of the contract, the user will be reimbursed the total cost of the order, including shipping fees.
- Delivery is not possible to the following locations:
Italy: Livigno, Campione D'Italia
- Germany: the island of Helgoland and the territory of Büsingen
- Spain: Andorra and Gibraltar, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands-Ceuta-Melilla
- France: Corsica, New Caledonia, Saint-Pierre and Miquelon, the Wallis and Futuna Islands, French Polynesia and the French Southern and Antarctic Territories
The supported methods of payment are as follows:

- ApplePay and GooglePay Wallet (via Shopift Payments)
Credit Card. We accept most major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.
No surcharge will be added to credit card payments.
All credit cards will require the CVV2 code to be entered, otherwise the order will be cancelled. For Visa, Mastercard cards, the CVV2 corresponds to the last 3 digits on the rear of the card. It is possible that after entering the card details and CVV2, an additional code or certain specific data are also required. This happens because some card issuers impose an additional layer of security for online purchases. To find out how to enable your credit card for online purchases, or to set up the code or password required for the authentication procedure, contact your bank or card issuer.
T-Data S.r.l. uses the secure payment service Shopify Payments native in Shopify platform. Data exchange involves the use of SSL security protocol. All confidential information about the credit card (credit card number, card holder name, expiration date, card security code) are collected directly from Shopify. T-Data S.r.l. The debit on the credit card occurs only when entering the order. The credit card data are not visible to T-Data S.r.l.,
only to the provider, with the exception of the card holder’s name in order to verify their identity.
PayPal is an online payment system which requires a PayPal account to be opened. No surcharge will be added to PayPal payments. When this payment method is selected, clicking “confirm” on the checkout page will redirect you to PayPal where you will need to enter the email address and password for your Paypal account in order to complete payment for the order.
PayPal will send out a confirmation email for all purchases made using this payment method.
The PayPal account is only charged when the products are shipped. T-Data S.r.l will confirm that the order has been handed to the courier by sending an email to the address provided by the customer when placing the order: only at this point will the funds be debited from the PayPal account used.
GooglePay and ApplePay Wallet
Google Pay makes it possible to pay easily and securely through a quick check-out process. When you pay for an order using Google Pay, it is not necessary to manually enter credit card data. By pressing the Google Pay button, it will provide the payment information. To view the Google Pay button in the Checkout on this site, you will need to set it up on your device and use one of the following supported browsers from your desktop or mobile device: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, UCWeb UC Browser.
Apple Pay makes it possible to pay easily and check out using Safari on iPhone, iPad and Mac. Apple Pay offers a quick check-out process. When you pay for your order using Apple Pay, it is not necessary to manually enter credit card data. By pressing the Apple Pay button and scanning your fingerprints, Apple Pay will provide the payment information. To view the Apple Pay button in the Checkout on this site, you will need to set it up on your device using Safari on iOS 12.1 or macOS 10.14.1 with one of the following devices: iPhone (SE, 6, 6 Plus or more recent), iPad (Pro, Air 2, mini 3 or more recent), Apple Watch, MacBook Pro with Touch ID, any Mac model (2012 or more recent) or iPhone or Apple Watch with Apple Pay enabled.
For GooglePay and ApplePay payments, T-Data S.r.l. uses the secure payment service Shopify Payments native in Shopify platform. No surcharge will be added to GooglePay and ApplePay Stripe payments.

Return and refund
If you purchased a product on our website you can exercise the right of withdrawal, which means you decide to return the product, without having to provide any reason and without incurring any penalty, within a period of 14 days.
The withdrawal period ends after 14 days:
a) in the case of an order for a single product, from the day when you or a third party, other than the transport company you chose, takes possession of the goods;
b) in the case of an order for the delivery of a product comprising multiple lots or items, from the day when you or a third party, other than the transport company you chose, takes possession of the last lot or item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract, providing a specific statement, for example a letter sent by post or email (contact details: T-Data- s.r.l., Via Strasburgo 31, 41011, Campogalliano (MO), email “email@example.com”).
T-Data S.r.l. (“T-Data S.r.l.”) also gives you the chance to withdraw online, by filling in the form at the bottom of this page. If you do withdraw online, T-Data s.r.l. will promptly send you an email confirming it has received your request to withdraw. You may be asked to indicate why you want to withdraw, however you do not need to reply. Not giving a reason for withdrawing will not have any effect on your right of withdrawal. In all cases of withdrawal, regardless of the procedure, T-Data s.r.l. will send you an email with a PDF attachment containing the RMA code. Please put this code in the parcel when returning the Product, to help us manage the procedure. If possible, please put the product to return in its original packaging.
To meet the deadline for withdrawal, you simply need to send the notice to exercise your right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract and have met the requirements to exercise
your right of withdrawal, you will be reimbursed all payments you have made to
us regarding the product covered by withdrawal, including delivery costs, if
applicable (with the exception of partial withdrawal concerning multiple
orders), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days
from when we receive your return shipment. In the case of partial withdrawal
concerning multiple orders, delivery costs will not be repaid, as they do not
refer to the delivery of the products for which you have exercised withdrawal.
This is because the delivery cost does not depend on the number of products in
the order or their weight, but is a fixed amount. Delivery costs will instead
be repaid if the withdrawal concerns all products of a multiple order. All
amounts will be reimbursed using the same payment method you used for the
initial transaction, unless otherwise specifically agreed with you. In any
case, you will not have to pay any cost as a result of this reimbursement. The
reimbursement may be suspended until the goods have been received, or until the
consumer has demonstrated that the goods have been sent back.

You can use a transport company of your choice, without delay,
and in any case within 14 days from informing us of your decision to withdraw.
This deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen
You will pay for the direct costs to return the goods.
In any case, you are only responsible for a decrease in the value of the goods
resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature,
characteristics and functioning of the good.
Please note that your right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases indicated
in article 59 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 - Consumer Code.
